The European Parliament is calling on the EU's 345 million potential voters to use their votes in the forthcoming European Elections. In Ireland, the elections will take place on Friday, 5 June and Francis Jacobs, Head of the European Parliament Office in Ireland today announced the launch of an innovative public information campaign. The campaign was launched in Merrion Square in front of a double-decker Use Your Vote bus. During the launch, Mr Jacobs highlighted the campaign's Elections Roadshow which will travel through Ireland (20 counties) from Monday, 11 May to Sunday, 17 May.
